For over 60 years we have carried out servicing and repairs on SEWING MACHINES and OVERLOCKERS for all leading brands in our own workshops.
We regularly attend training courses run by BERNINA, PFAFF and HUSQVARNA VIKING so we are up to speed with the latest service techniques.

If you would like us to service your sewing machine we have prepared a checklist of items for you to bring with your sewing machine/overlocker.
We will need your name, address, phone number, email details and a list of any faults. Please leave these details with the machine e.g. placed under the presser foot. Thank you.
Check List for Sewing Machine parts we need for servicing:
- Power lead
- Foot control
- Bobbin
- Bobbin case
- Cover - if you have one
- Zigzag presser foot i.e. not straight stitch foot if the machine can do a zigzag
- Buttonhole foot
Check List for Embroidery Units:
- Hoop and embroidery foot
Check List for Overlockers and Coverstitch Machines:
- Power lead and foot control
- Coverstitch conversion kit
- Threaded with your overlocker threads
Please provide samples if you are having any particular issues.
Please do not bring extension tables, manuals nor extra accessories as these are not required to service the machine.
